I am sending you this letter of appreciation after using your company, Kingdom Builders as a subcontractor on our custom and spec homes.
The framing of the Eaton residence was the cleanest work we have seen. Your attention to detail and patients with our customer put us in very good standing with them, as well as being ahead of schedule and under budget.
The deck that you built for our spec house (lot 24 Glacier Vista) was the kind of craftsmanship we are looking for, and was definitely a positive attention grabber for the customers that purchased the home.
I should also mention, or say thanks for your helpful advice and support while we were constructing the Butler residence.
